ABOUT USAl Fereej Sports is passionate about healthy bodies. Al Fereej Sports aims to be the foremost independent Group in Qatar organizing events which promote an all-inclusive healthy lifestyle encompassing nutrition, exercise and education.Our vision is simple, to have the population in Qatar, as well as Gulf, aware of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and know how to achieve this. We will use the lessons learned from the bodybuilding community to pass onto people in order for them to reach their goals and maintain a state of well being. Our Objective is summarized in the following points: Working in conjunction with the Local Bodybuilding and Weightlifting Federations to actively encourage the promotion of healthy lifestyles for the population of Qatar. We started with organizing the most complete Bodybuilding Competition in Qatar, assisting with the education of young people to encourage a healthy lifestyle at home and also at school, and now we find ourselves expanding in the gulf through Al Khaleej Body Building Tournament.
